Some say it's caused by stress, and it seems like a vicious cycle where the tinnitus causes more stress, which in turn worsens the tinnitusㅠㅠ
At first, I just went to an ENT clinic to get medication and take it, but since it didn't work, I went to a Korean medicine clinic and received acupuncture and herbal medicine for over a year. Initially, I thought there might be some effect, but eventually, I realized there was no effect and stopped. It seems it was just a placebo effect... Actually, in daily life, the sound is somewhat less noticeable, so it's okay, but when I'm in a quiet place or trying to sleep, the sound gets louder, making it hard to sleep. Since I developed tinnitus, it takes a very long time to fall asleep... The sound keeps changing, so even when I try to get used to it, it doesn't work. If you have any personal treatment methods, I would appreciate your recommendations.
