Recommend My Doctor Clinic Dermatology at Male Station~~

I got stung by a bee last week, haha.

When I had an accident, it was too early, so I had no choice but to go to internal medicine and get prescribed allergy medication~~

I have taken all my medication, but the itching is severe, so I visited MyDoctor Dermatology today~~

 

 

 

 

There are only a few dermatology clinics in the neighborhood~~ Actually, these days, most dermatology clinics specialize in procedures, and there aren't many that focus on skin diseases... Anyway, I just need a prescription for allergy medication~~ The closest dermatology clinic I found and visited is this MyDoctor clinic.

Exit at Male Station Exit 1, enter the market alley, and it is located on the second floor of a snack bar called Mother and Daughter Shinddeok.

 

From the outside, it looks like the entrance is in an awkward place, and I wonder why there is a dermatology clinic in such a location.

When I went in, it was quite spacious and tidy~~

 

Although both dermatology and plastic surgery are listed, it clearly feels like a place that specializes in procedures rather than performing plastic surgeries~~

The interior was very clean and mainly decorated in white, as is typical for a dermatology clinic.

 

First, I explained the area where I was stung by a bee and met with the doctor to get an allergy medication prescription~~

I was bitten and took medication for three days, but they said that's not enough... They said I need to take it for at least a week ;;

No wonder it itched so much;;;;

 

While waiting, I sat on a chair and looked at a booklet neatly organized by procedure, which I found quite interesting...

Wedding procedures, Inmode, Ultherapy, toning, lifting, Botox - all types are organized in a brochure with approximate prices.

Even people who don't know much can easily see that the price is about this much.

 

 

First, I'm interested in hair loss and fillers, so I just took a picture of this part~~

 

I don't usually visit the dermatologist, but I thought this might be a good opportunity to ask if I could have a consultation and resolve my questions. ^^

I only received counseling on two main issues~~~

 

The first is the forehead wrinkles that always make me sad~~~ Because of my habit of frowning since I was young, there are two deep wrinkles on my forehead that are always a source of stress....

Lately, my eyes are so weak when I open them that I keep using my forehead muscles to open my eyes, which makes me feel like the wrinkles are getting deeper;;;;

 

They said I need to undergo Botox and filler procedures.

First, you should focus on preventing further wrinkles with Botox, but since deeply formed wrinkles cannot be improved, you need to inject fillers into the wrinkles like a joint repair to smooth them out.

I was surprised to hear that Botox costs only about 20,000 won at a time~~

They said I should need about 30 units of filler~~;;;

 

Anyway, I heard that even after the procedure, the effects only last about 3 to 6 months;;;;;;;;;;

So, it means I have to get it every six months;;;

 

I also asked about toning to eliminate the darkened freckles and melasma.

What I thought were freckles are actually more like melasma, it turns out;;;; It's difficult to remove them with laser treatment all at once, and since the melasma is spread across the entire face, one or two treatments won't be enough~~

You need to undergo treatment at least once a week with a minimum of 10 packages to see results...

But toning... I heard it really works when you're genuinely interested in it...

Ultimately, since I have more melanin pigment on my face than others, I thought there's nothing I can do about it even if I undergo treatments, and I was worried about it~~

I'm glad my curiosity was also satisfied...

I don't think the price is much higher than I expected, so I might be able to muster up a little courage.

 

The hospital couldn't show the inside in detail, so when I got home and looked it up on the website~~ it turns out it's a hospital equipped with many different devices~~

 

 

It was neat and tidy, and the consultation room director and nurses were also very kind~~
