5 superfoods to eat while losing belly fat

 

 

"Getting rid of belly fat" is an eternal challenge for those who decide to go on a diet. Even when combining exercise and dietary therapy, stubborn belly fat remains unchanged. Losing weight by starving oneself unconditionally is not good for health and can cause yo-yo effects. Is there any good food that can help reduce waist circumference while eating? The American women's magazine 'Good Housekeeping' introduced five superfoods that help in losing belly fat.

 

 

◆Oatmeal = Oatmeal is made by roasting oats in a kiln and pressing them. It is rich in nutrients but very low in calories, making it an ideal diet food. The calorie content of oats is 317 kcal per 100g, which is lower than that of brown rice, a popular diet food. Additionally, oats contain more fiber than white rice, encouraging longer chewing and leading to eating smaller amounts, naturally resulting in weight loss effects. However, oatmeal containing sugar should be avoided as it may lead to weight gain.

 

 

◆Nuts such as almonds = Almonds, which have excellent antioxidant and anti-aging effects, are rich in protein and unsaturated fatty acids, helping to maintain satiety and supply energy to the body. According to a research team at Purdue University in the United States, eating a handful (24 almonds) of almonds daily can help maintain fullness without calorie worries, naturally reducing belly fat. However, nuts preserved in salt should be avoided as they can cause high blood pressure.

 

 

Protein powder = Rich in amino acids that burn fat and build muscle. Mixing about two teaspoons into a smoothie containing fruit, yogurt, and low-fat milk is effective for losing belly fat. However, protein powder in chocolate shakes is far from a healthy diet.

 

 

◆Olive oil = Olive or canola oil, which are high in unsaturated fats, contain fewer harmful fats and are good for maintaining satiety. Consuming a tablespoon of olive oil on an empty stomach can help control meal portions. It also has appetite-suppressing properties and can help keep cholesterol at a healthy level. However, hydrogenated vegetable oils containing trans fats should be avoided.

 

 

◆Berries = Relatively low in sugar content while being rich in vitamins, various antioxidants, and fiber, allowing you to maintain health and manage belly fat. However, berry jelly products containing sugar have high sugar content and may actually hinder your diet.

      술배 나온거면 뱃살 좀 빼시고요
      중년이 넘어가면 대부분이 배둘레햄이에요
      옷맵시도 안좋고 이목도 끌고 지방간
      수치도 높아서 치매에도 치명적입니다🤔
