Make whole grain rice and post-meal walks a daily routine to manage blood sugar levels.

Maintaining blood sugar levels seems really difficult. Just eating something刺激ful for a day and not exercising causes my body to react immediately. To prevent blood sugar spikes, I always prepare rice with whole grains, brown rice, and oats. I significantly reduce the amount of white rice and incorporate a variety of grains to make multi-grain rice. I also try to eat plenty of vegetables raw, sliced, with each meal. To prevent blood sugar from rising after meals, I make walking a daily habit and walk diligently.
