My wrist pain is very severe.

After suffering for six months, I am now almost fully recovered.

 

 

 

The first time I received treatment at the hospital, it relapsed quickly, so I realized that consistent management is better.

 

 

 

Just to share from my experience

 

1. Do not engage in strenuous exercises or activities that strain the wrist.

 

Please massage with a massage device every morning and evening (whenever there's free time).

 

Please minimize hand use even at home.

 

4. Use a low-frequency device (Nightcare is the most effective)

 

Please do wrist stretching in the evening.
