I couldn't help but drink two glasses of makgeolli because of my friends...ㅠㅠ
Starting this week, I will create a weekly plan for the next four weeks and begin implementing it.

Although it is difficult to practice abstinence this week, I believe that by setting a plan for sobriety and committing to it, even if complete abstinence isn't achieved, moderation can be practiced.
