I've been dieting since 2026, but I've been having one big problem: regular drinking and drinking parties.
These days, the drinking culture isn't as restrictive as it used to be, so even if you say, "Oh, I'll just have a little for health reasons," or substitute a soft drink, it's not really a big deal.
So... I've completely eliminated personal drinking parties and I try to avoid them when I go to company dinners. Fighting! Quit drinking!
