I like spicy food so much that I look for spicy food and eat it to relieve stress.
I ate a variety of spicy foods like chicken feet, buldak, and yeoptteok without any problems.
But every year when I make kimchi at my in-laws' house, the red pepper powder I use is incredibly spicy. It's the same when I eat it.
They grow their own peppers, dry them, grind them, and make red pepper powder. It seems like these peppers get spicier every year.
I really like kimchi, but it's too spicy and I feel sick when I eat it, so I eat less.
Now, not only kimchi, but also if I eat something spicy, my tongue hurts and my stomach feels uncomfortable.
Until a few months ago, I used to enjoy my healing foods, spicy chicken feet and spicy pig's feet, but now I can't eat them because I'm too scared of spicy food.
How can you suddenly become a spicy food lover like this?ㅜㅜ
