My sleep schedule varies every day, but I usually go to bed around 11 PM. I typically wake up 2 to 3 times during the night. Some nights, I toss and turn a bit before falling back asleep. However, on certain nights, no matter how hard I try, I can't fall asleep again. So I just turn on the lights and use my phone. My sleep quality is very poor, and I've been taking magnesium for a year, but it doesn't seem to help much. Because my sleep duration and quality vary every day, I always feel tired, which makes it hard to work sometimes. Is this a kind of sleep disorder? How can I improve it?
