Depression counseling review, psychiatric visit review

Hello. Today, I would like to share my experience of receiving psychiatric counseling.

One day, when I was feeling persistently depressed and thought I couldn't handle it alone, I finally went to the psychiatric department.

At first, I was nervous and anxious, but the doctor listened to my story calmly, so I was able to open up little by little.

Through counseling, I was able to honestly express the feelings I had accumulated over time.

Hearing that depression is something anyone can experience was comforting to me.

The teacher also shared small practical tips and explained about medication treatment.

After the counseling, I felt much lighter and experienced great relief in knowing that I am not alone.

Psychological counseling is not a shameful thing.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, don't suffer alone in silence—be sure to seek counseling at least once.

Just as I was able to improve through counseling, you can definitely get better too. 😊

    정신적으로 우울하고힘들다 나중에는 짜증이 나고 화가 나서 공격적으로 사람이 변하기도 하죠 밤에는 잠이 안와서 수면부족 도 오기도 합니다
