Maybe because I think too much, I keep falling asleep later and later these days. I guess my mind isn't at ease.
When I lie down with my pillow because I'm sleepy, useless thoughts start to come to mind from that moment.
Then again, sleep escapes me and doesn't come.
Is this insomnia?
Because of this, whether it's day or night, everything is just a mess and I'm exhausted.
