걱정거리나 고민 거리가 많으면 계속 신경이 쓰여서 잠을 잘 못자게 되더라구요 잠이 안온다고해서 휴대폰을 보거나 다른걸 하면 더 잠을 못자게 되구요 전 눈은 계속 감고 있어요 잔잔한 음악을 같이들어도 좋구요 그러다보면 어느새 잠이 들곤 합니다. 이런 날들이 계속 되시면 병원 진료 필요 할것 같아요

There are many reasons why I can't sleep well. I worry about work unnecessarily. Also, although indirectly, I often don't turn off the lights properly. I stay up late watching my phone or YouTube. Sometimes I don't turn off YouTube either. As a result, I wake up in the middle of the night after falling asleep. When I wake up, it's often hard to fall back asleep.
It's not severe insomnia, but a bit of insomnia. What do you all do when you wake up in the middle of the night and try to fall back asleep? Anyway, I sleep alone, so I can do anything I want.
