Is there a way to overcome ADHD?

I am struggling a lot because of difficulties caused by ADHD. Every day is really overwhelming, and I feel hopeless about how I can improve this situation.

 

First of all, I have very poor concentration. When I work or study, my mind is always distracted, and after a little while, other thoughts keep coming up one after another. In this situation, I don't know how to focus properly.

Is there a way to overcome ADHD?

Additionally, I make many mistakes due to impulsive behavior. Problems often arise in my relationships with those around me. I tend to speak too hastily, making others uncomfortable, or act thoughtlessly, which I often regret. I want to improve these aspects, but it's not easy.

 

We are also very concerned about medication treatment for ADHD. Even if we think taking medication might help, we are worried about side effects and long-term effects. Additionally, we are afraid of becoming dependent on the medication. What should we do?

Is there a way to overcome ADHD?

I have tried to improve my lifestyle habits for ADHD, but it is difficult to practice consistently. To maintain a regular routine, I need to manage myself better, but it's not as easy as it sounds. I also tried exercising and adopting healthy eating habits, but I gave up quickly.

 

Is there anyone who is well-versed in ADHD?

    ADHD자가진단 결과는 정확한 것이 아니니까 더 자세한 검사를 받아보시는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다. 그리고 ADHD가 있는 분들은 우울증을 포함해 다른 문제도 동반하는 경우가 있으므로, 정말 집중을 하지 못하는 문제가 ADHD로 인한 것인지 아니면 우울증이나 다른 문제로 인한 것인지 정확한 확인이 필요합니다. 
    약물에 대한 의존도가 있는것도 아니고 부작용도 많이 없습니다. 
    ADHD는 증상의 심각성에 따라 치료가 필요한 질병입니다. 
    약물치료는 극적인 효과를 낼 수 있지만, 자기 판단 없이 복용하는 것은 위험할 수 있으므로 의료 전문가와 상담하는 것이 중요합니다.
