I usually fall asleep before 1 o'clock.
However, wake up at 2:30, 4:30, and 6:00.
I woke up like this yesterday too. After waking up, I can't sleep for about 30 minutes ㅠ
I don't know how to cure this insomnia.
This year, it's been this pattern continuously.
I walk 10,000 steps every day and also exercise.
