생활하시는데 불편함은 전혀 없나요? 저도 예전엔 항상 2~3시에 자서 5~6시에 일어났고, 잠을 많이 자는게 시간이 아깝다고도 생각했었는데 불면증이었어요. 스스로는 불면증이라 생각해 본 적도 없었어요. 수면검사하는 7시간 동안 2시간도 못잤어요. 공황장애가 생겨 치료 받던 중 불면증을 고쳐야만 공황장애도 좋아진다고 해서 고쳤어요.

Recently, I have been staying awake until almost 3 a.m. and waking up around 7 or 8 a.m.
This means I only get about 4 to 5 hours of sleep at night.
Will there be any disadvantages later if I do not get enough sleep at night?
For example, could it have negative effects such as worsening mental health or getting sick?
It is said that adults need to sleep more than 8 hours a day.
I am posting this because I am worried that reducing my sleep time like me might lead to disadvantages later.
