I get extremely stressed whenever my husband goes to work.

Sometimes, on the way to work on the subway, I felt like I couldn't breathe.
Because I have many children to raise, I find it difficult to think of my job easily, so I feel a lot of pressure, and both work and social relationships at the company are mentally challenging. I'm not someone who likes drinking, but since I have to attend many drinking gatherings, I also experience a lot of stress from that.
