예전엔 따뜻한 우유 한잔 마시고 자거나, 상추 먹거나 하면 그나마 잘 잔다고 했었는데.. 밤에 잠을 푹 못자면 진짜 며칠이 피곤할꺼 같아요..ㅠㅠ
