I've had insomnia for a long time, so I can't sleep well. Usually, I don't fall asleep before midnight, and it takes until 1 or 2 a.m. sometimes. Even if I just close my eyes and don't use my phone, I keep looking at the clock, but I still end up staying awake past 3 a.m. I usually don't drink coffee after 2 a.m., but I'm still worried about whether my insomnia requires psychiatric treatment since I've never been to a psychiatrist before.
