Since I sit and work for long hours every day, there isn't a single part of my body that doesn't ache.
I keep feeling like my pelvis is out of balance, to the point where I feel my gait is slightly strange.
I focus on work for 3-4 hours, work for 5-6 hours, then get up briefly to eat, except when leaving work.
Since I have to work mostly sitting down, there is a rattling sound in one side of my pelvis when I try to stand up and walk.
