When you visit a Korean medicine clinic, you often come across advertisements recommending traditional Korean medicine for weight loss.
I have a principle of maintaining health through sufficient nutrition and exercise, even if it takes longer than dieting, rather than just dieting for weight loss, and also working on building my waist and flattening my stomach.
