These days, many people are receiving manual therapy, and I am curious about the difference between chiropractic treatment and manual therapy. I once received chiropractic treatment when I sprained my back, but I have never tried manual therapy. I wonder how they differ and which one is more effective. A friend of mine receives manual therapy occasionally and says that areas that were problematic definitely feel better afterward. I want to see if I can feel the same way. Please tell me the difference.
