Lately, I've been feeling lethargic and as if my body is heavy and soaked like cotton.
I walk about 10,000 steps every day and do yoga about three days a week.
Before, I felt lighter after doing yoga, but now even after practicing yoga, I don't really feel that way.
So I tried taking a break from exercise and also doing more, but there wasn't much difference...
