If I go to a traditional Korean medicine clinic and say I have shoulder tension, will they give me acupuncture?
I was also thinking about going to get a massage.
I think just massage won't be enough.
Even when I touch the trapezius area with my hand, it feels firm.
There are limits to how much I can massage and loosen things up.
My whole body, including my shoulders, was extremely painful and it was difficult.
It doesn't feel refreshing at all.
I'm not sure if acupuncture actually works, but I'm curious.
Oh, and what is the difference between a traditional Korean medicine hospital and a Korean medicine clinic?
I'm not quite sure what the difference is.
