I wasn't planning to take omega until later, but I started taking it after receiving a gift. But... am I being picky... It's a bit fishy in taste, and the pills are large, so swallowing them is difficult, so I only take them on days when I feel good. My older sister says it's okay, but I wonder if I'm the only one being particular... However, as we age, they say we live on the strength of our diet and supplements. Since it's good for improving blood circulation, dry eyes, and memory, I think I should definitely take it. Since Koreans' diets are particularly lacking in omega-3, I should supplement it separately like this... I will try to take it consistently every day if possible~
