I am taking Bluebonnet magnesium.
Frozen shoulder... Pelvic pain, etc., as I age, it seems that food alone can't solve it... haha
I tend to have trouble taking supplements properly... I can't take multiple supplements at once, so I try one or two types at a time to see if they are effective. Haha
This definitely improves the quality of sleep.
A fatal flaw... it was so big that it got stuck in my throat several timesㅠ
So, I am cutting it off.
Once I finish eating, I plan to purchase it in a soft capsule form.
