To maintain joint health, I am eating a well-balanced diet with foods good for bones and doing light exercise that does not strain my joints according to my physical condition. Also, given my age, I choose and take supplements; I am taking one Ogic Vitamin D&K tablet daily. While this product is not necessarily the best, it is reasonably priced and said to be effective for osteoporosis, so I am taking it consistently.
