I have felt for some years now that my heart beats irregularly.
I went to the hospital and had a heart ultrasound, but they didn't find anything abnormal.
The doctor recommended walking briskly for 30 minutes a day.
So, I started walking 10,000 steps a day after that.
As I walked as if warning, my heart pounded more, I started sweating, and I wondered if this was helpful. I was doubtful, but I trusted my doctor and kept at it consistently.
Since I gained confidence in walking, I have recently started running as well.
I really felt how much I improved after doing aerobic exercises like walking, cycling, running, and climbing stairs!
Lately, I haven't been experiencing sudden palpitations or anything like that.
