As the title says, when I wake up my heart is beating so fast. It's really pounding.
It's fine normally
Specifically, when I wake up from a light sleep and try to go back to sleep, when I go to the bathroom in the middle of the night and go back to bed, and when I wake up in the morning. My heart beats really fast!
When I put my hand on my chest, I could feel it pounding.
If I sleep for a long time and wake up, I'm fine, but if I sleep for a short time and wake up, my heart beats like crazy as if it's going to explode. It feels like I can hear my heart pounding.
The excitement doesn't last long and subsides after 10 to 15 seconds.
It hasn't been like this for a long time, and I think it's been two or three months since these symptoms started appearing.
I am normally healthy, without any underlying diseases, and I am not taking any medication or suffering from high blood pressure.
There was no abnormality in my heart during my recent health checkup.
I haven't been able to sleep much lately, so I thought it might be because of my sleep, so I tried wearing my watch while sleeping...
Deep sleep is short and irregular...
The quality of sleep is not great, but it's average...
Since the symptoms appear when I wake up from sleep, I wonder if it might be related to sleep, so I am attaching it.
Aren't there people like me who wake up and feel their heart beating fast?
Does anyone know why these symptoms occur?ㅜㅜ
