I have had slightly high cholesterol for a long time.
LDL cholesterol is within the normal range, but it is on the higher side.
Total cholesterol is slightly higher than normal, so during health checkups, I always receive notifications that I need to manage my cholesterol.
It's not enough to just take medication, but if things continue like this, the likelihood of developing vascular-related diseases is high.
So I increase physical activity and watch my diet, but my LDL cholesterol doesn't seem to decrease well~
