DASH. Does following the Mediterranean diet prevent cognitive decline?

I think it is terrible to suffer from dementia when you get old.

My family also has elderly dementia and Alzheimer's disease.

I don't personally go and take care of patients directly, but... knowing that there is someone sick at home always concerns me.

It's a situation that brings down the mood.
