Is a colonoscopy necessary if there is no bloody stool?

Get a health check-up and undergo an endoscopy to maintain stomach and colon health~
In my case, I have had upper endoscopies every two years and colonoscopies every four years.
This time, I am planning to undergo a colonoscopy, and the insurance will support the procedure if a stool test shows blood traces.
It seems that colonoscopy is not an obligatory requirement either~
In the past, sedation anesthesia was used, but this time, if you undergo sleep anesthesia, a guardian must accompany you.
How do you manage your colonoscopy?
I'm struggling with whether the chief should do it voluntarily or not.
This is the fourth year this year, and I've been doing it on a four-year cycle, but I feel uneasy about passing it.
