I am concerned because my digestion is not smooth.
Last year at the end of the year, I had a health checkup and underwent an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy. The reason was that recently, on cold winter days, my digestion has been somewhat slow, and I feel a bit of a fluttering or queasy sensation in my stomach. It's not exactly painful or difficult, but a slightly unpleasant feeling. The results showed that my stomach is generally inflamed, with signs of reflux esophagitis, and some parts of my stomach are cracked like dry farmland.
After hearing this story, I realized the seriousness, so I was careful with my meals and took prescribed medication, but it didn't have much effect, so I revisited the hospital and requested stronger medication. I have been taking the medication for about two months, but there has been no significant improvement, and I am worried. Currently, I am not sick or uncomfortable, but I still experience some bothersome nausea, and I am worried it might worsen. At the moment, I am not taking any medication, and it feels the same whether I take it or not.
What should I do~ I keep taking medication, but it costs money and doesn't seem to have much effect. When I ask others, they say they see results in 1 or 2 weeks, but I don't. ㅜㅜ
