Shoulder pain

Usually I don't do that, but lately my shoulder has been hurting so much that I can't lift my arm. I haven't done anything unusual, but suddenly it started hurting. Why is that? If my shoulder hurts, which hospital should I go to? I went to a pain clinic, but it was no use. I haven't done anything to my shoulder, but it suddenly hurts.ㅜ
