Shoulder pain

I am experiencing pain in my right shoulder and am seeking advice.

When I lift my right shoulder and pull it toward the left shoulder, I feel pain inside the right shoulder.. X-ray shows no calcification or frozen shoulder..

I have no inconvenience in daily life, but sometimes my shoulders hurt so much that I worry.
