Ask Cashdoc [Fasting blood sugar level 110]

Recently, I had a health check-up and made an appointment to hear the results directly from the doctor.

But blood pressure, exercise amount, body fat, and weight are all fine.

You said your fasting blood sugar is high.

When I raised the question, I was told that it had exceeded 100 every year.

When asked about management methods, continue exercising consistently like now.

They said I should change my diet to include whole grains and brown rice and reduce my belly fat.

Before my blood sugar levels rose, I experienced sudden drowsiness and slept a lot after meals, which caused a rapid increase in my waist size.

I work out hard and don't overeat, but my belly keeps getting fat, so I searched online and found that in early diabetes, people tend to gain weight to store sugar.

I'm worried about how to adjust it properly.

    의사샘이 3개월후 병원을 가보라하셨어요
    지금 진단나왔으니 운동과 식단관리해서 팻살을 줄이는게 최우선이라네요
    근데  그 뱃살이 안빠진다는거죠
    증세가 온 후론 뱃살이 급격히 2인치나 쩠어요
