I get a health check-up every year, and I understand that fasting blood sugar up to 99 is considered normal, but mine always slightly exceeds 100.
It's not very high, but it concerns me.
I try not to eat too many carbohydrates, and I also walk about 10,000 steps five times a week.
What is the reason for high fasting blood sugar?
There are many people around me suffering from diabetes, so I became concerned.
Is it okay not to worry too much if fasting blood sugar is around 100 to 108?
I'm thinking of buying a blood glucose meter and checking my levels regularly.
