How often do you schedule your health check-ups?

National health screenings are conducted once every two years.

Honestly, relying solely on national health checkups is insufficient, so I tend to add personal health screenings on my own.

I think it's because of things like colonoscopy exams.

I have only had a colonoscopy once in my life, and no polyps or anything similar were found at that time.

And now, I am in my third year this year, and I am 고민되네요 whether to skip a space or do it again.

It was so difficult to take medication and go to the bathroom for a colon exam ㅠㅠ
