I'm worried about uterine fibroids.

I have had uterine fibroids since my 30s. I check their size and condition once a year. They told me I am not at the stage for surgery yet. However, lately, I feel like my bladder is being pressed by the fibroids, and I need to urinate more frequently, which is bothering me. I am also considering surgery in the future, but I am scared and worried. I will ask more details during my upcoming health check-up.
