3 months ago, my cholesterol, especially my LDL level, was high, so the hospital told me to manage it for 3 months and then come back for a checkup.
So, for the past three months, I've completely cut out snacks and coffee mixes. Although I often had days when my mouth would crack, I've been exercising consistently.
I've been walking briskly for an hour four times a week for two months. For the past month, I've been riding an indoor bike for intervals.
After diligently managing my health like this, I got another checkup, and my cholesterol level didn't go down at all, but rather went up even more.
Are there any cases like mine? What else should I do? I'd also like to hear advice from those who have successfully lowered their cholesterol levels.
