I had long experienced irregular periods and severe pain, but at some point, the pain began to persist both during and after my period. Also, to prevent endometriosis, I took supplements that help reduce pain and inflammation and maintain hormonal balance. First, I made sure to take Omega-3 because it is said to be the most effective, and I also took Vitamin D because I heard it has a synergistic effect when taken with Omega-3; this was effective in preventing endometriosis.
I also ate plenty of salmon, nuts, and broccoli to prevent endometriosis. This is because these foods regulate estrogen production and strengthen the immune system. Additionally, I avoided processed foods and trans fats to prevent endometriosis. I intend to continue making efforts in various ways in the future.
