It's a day when the sun is too hot..
I usually walk 10,000 steps early in the day, but it's hot and the sunlight is too intense, making outdoor exercise difficult.
This week, I plan to start climbing stairs.
I'm not sure if my legs are getting really strong or not. Haha.
