Last week, I couldn't do strength training because I was feeling under the weather, but starting this week, I plan to gradually begin strength training...^^
For physical health
1) Walking 10,000 steps every day
2) Take vitamins every day
3) Drinking a glass of water on an empty stomach every day and drinking water intermittently
4) Strength training
5) Weight management with oatmeal diet
6) Practice of sobriety
For mental health
1) Read one poem a day
2) Listening to meditation music in the morning and evening
3) Find a quote and write it in handwritten form
4) Look at the sky at least once a day
