Next week, I should set it as my weekly goal.
1. One cup of coffee a day
2 liters of water
3. Taking all supplements without missing any
Eat only two-thirds of the regular lunch.
5. Gym weight training & cardio Monday to Friday
6. Dinner with chicken breast fried rice
7. Finish with facial cleansing.
I'll try setting achievable goals.
