I should set health goals week by week and try to practice them consistently. I'll do so without overdoing it..
Go to the gym 6 days a week
Finish eating 4 hours before sleeping
3) Maintain a 12-hour fasting period
4) Reducing carbohydrate intake
I think if I make my meal plan too strict, I won't be able to stick to it, so I'm not going as far as intermittent fasting. Instead, I'm planning to observe maintaining fasting periods and reduce carbohydrates, choosing healthy carbs when I do eat. If I can do this, I plan to gradually add more to my plan.
