It's already Thursday, but these are the routines I've been sticking to so far and the routines I plan to continue consistently in the future!!
Follow along with YouTube stretching after waking up
Eating probiotics after waking up in the morning
Drinking lukewarm water
Fill in the missing parts
Pelvic stretching before bed
Fasting after 7 o'clock
You're doing well for the second week^^
Stretching is definitely so good because it prevents body pain, I can't stop doing it.
