I really like snacking more than eating rice.
I tend to eat snacks when I'm hungry.
I'm going to try to cut down on snacking starting today.
If you're hungry and starving, drink a glass of water and eat rice.
Waiting about 30 minutes even after eating a bowl of rice because I still don't feel full...
I think just changing one eating habit can help me lose weight.
I'm going to start with small actions.
