1. Walking 10,000 steps is now basic.
Walk at least 20,000 steps for three or more days a week
Because the weather is hotter, it's become more difficult to walk over 20,000 steps like I used to ㅠㅠ
2. Starting Strength Training
I should start with simple strength exercises that I can do while watching YouTube.
Drink alcohol only five days a week
4. Quitting snacks like ice cream and cookies
This week as well, for healthy habits
Let's take one step forward at a time, go go~!!
