Last week, it was not well maintained due to rain.
It seems to be maintained at around 5 to 60%.
Since it's raining, I can't do things outside very well.
So, this week's health goal
Walking 10,000 steps three times
3 sets of stair climbing
3 sets of plank and squat
Home workout twice
I plan to settle it this way and try to resolve it without leaving the house or going outside...
I want to be more diligent this week so that I can feel proud next week~!!
