I only managed to walk 10,000 steps for two days last week. ㅜㅜ It rained so much that I couldn't go outside. This week, I plan to walk 10,000 steps every day without fail.

- Wake up before 6 a.m. every morning
Eat junk food only once a week
- Do 30 minutes of strength training
- Going to bed before 11 o'clock
Eat healthily, move a lot, and sleep well!!
