This week, that day is over, so I will start dieting again.
I'm planning to do it, haha
1. Walk 10,000 steps on weekdays [Monday to Friday]
Go to the gym five weekdays a week
Preferably do not eat after 6:00 to 7:00.
Lose 1 to 2 kilograms from that day's weight by following these three guidelines.
My goal this week is to return. ^^
